ORDER/PRODUCT DELIVERY/SHIPPING COSTS
Order Completion: As soon as you register your order, the following message appears – example: “Your order has been completed. Thank you. Your order number is 0000. Please check your email for a confirmation email with your order details.’
Delivery of Products: The delivery of the ordered products takes place within two (2) to five (5) working days from the date of submission of the order, to the address you have indicated when completing your details with the courier company. Exceptionally, for orders of baptismal items, delivery will take place within fifteen (15) working days.
For shipping to hard-to-reach areas, the delivery will be made from the central store of the courier company of the respective area. The above does not apply in case of cash on delivery, where the parcel is normally delivered to the shipping address.
Delivery is considered to take place upon signing the receipt of receipt of the products at the agreed address. If you have indicated a third-party recipient for delivery/collection, their signature will be considered as proof of receipt.

RIGHT OF RETURN & WITHDRAWAL:

In any case, to be able to return the product, you must:
1. the product to be returned must be in the condition it was received, i.e. it must be complete, undamaged, unused, its packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product including all labels/cards, necessary accompanying documents, instructions, etc., 2. the product to be returned must be accompanied by the relevant purchase documents (receipt, bill of lading, etc.).
If the aforementioned conditions are not met, the product will be returned to you at your own expense.

In all cases in which due to an error by the Company (e.g. an error in ordering, shipping, etc.) products were sent that you did not order, which you received in good faith. The return of the unordered items must be made within five (5) days of their receipt, otherwise the Company is not obliged to carry out the original order again. If the return/replacement is due to a proven fault of the Company, the costs of sending the new product or refunding your money shall be borne by the Company.
In case of delivery of a defective product, in which case you can ask for a replacement or a refund. If the return/replacement is due to proven defectiveness of the product, the costs of sending the new product or refunding your money are borne by the Company.
